We believe in keeping our clients informed. Here is the step-by-step journey of how we fabricate your custom aluminium windows:

Step 1: Site Survey & Measurements The process begins at your location. Our technical team visits your site in Indirapuram, Noida, or nearby areas to take precise digital measurements. We account for wall plumbness, floor levels, and structural variations. This data is critical because we don’t guess—we measure.

Step 2: Design & Engineering Once we have the dimensions, our design team creates detailed engineering drawings. We help you select the right profile series (slimline, standard, or heavy-duty), glass type (toughened, laminated, or double-glazed), and finish. We use 3D modeling to show you exactly how the final product will look, ensuring there are no surprises.

Step 3: Profile Cutting & Machining The raw aluminium profiles enter the fabrication line. The CNC machines cut the profiles to the exact lengths calculated in the design phase. Simultaneously, machining operations like drilling holes for handles, routing for locks, and cutting drainage weep holes are performed with absolute precision.

Step 4: Assembly & Hardware Integration The cut profiles are moved to the assembly line. Here, the corners are crimped, and the hardware—hinges, handles, rollers, and multi-point locks—is installed. We use premium hardware brands to ensure smooth operation. The EPDM rubber gaskets are fitted to create an airtight seal against dust, water, and noise.

Step 5: Quality Control & Glazing Before the glass is installed, every frame undergoes a rigorous quality check. We check for squareness, hardware functionality, and surface finish. Once cleared, the glass is glazed into the frame using structural silicone or gaskets, depending on the system.

Step 6: Safe Delivery The finished windows are packed in protective wrapping to prevent scratches during transport. We deliver them to your site, ready for installation.
